Does the band march or play stationary sets?
Blacktop Brass offers marching, roaming, and stationary performances. The right option depends on your route, schedule, setting, and available lineup.
What parade details do you need?
Event date, city, report and step-off times, route distance, assembly and finish locations, transport plan, attire requests, and a day-of contact. Confirm whether a performance is also expected before or after the route.
Who handles permits and road closures?
The event organizer should confirm the permissions, route access, traffic management, and safety arrangements with the venue or relevant authorities. A band booking does not itself authorize use of a public street.
What if the weather changes?
Discuss the rain plan, shelter, communication, and any cancellation or rescheduling terms with Adam before the booking is finalized. Do not assume an outdoor performance can continue in all conditions.
How much does it cost to book Blacktop Brass?
The quote depends on the date, location, musicians, performance length, and any special preparation. Send the basics and your budget so Adam can suggest an appropriate option. An inquiry does not reserve the date.
