Can the band work around speeches and presentations?
Share the full run of show and the planned performance windows. The band’s start and stop cues should be agreed with the person running the event.
Can you provide microphones or production equipment?
Do not assume production equipment or speech amplification is included. Tell Adam what the venue supplies and what you need so responsibilities can be confirmed in the quote.
What do you need for a corporate quote?
Date, venue and city, audience size, performance times, format, budget, and any procurement or production requirements. Include the planner’s contact details if someone else is coordinating.
Can you match the look of our event?
Send the dress code and any specific requests early. Attire, repertoire, and staging requirements need to be agreed, not assumed.
